Nanny qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • High school diploma or GED

  • At least 2 years of verifiable childcare experience

  • At least 3 references from previous or current employers

  • Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain

  • Pass screening process which includes criminal background check and driving record check

  • Checking or savings account for direct deposit of paycheck

  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

  • COVID vaccinated
